2020 Deloitte report - Mental health and employers: Refreshing the case for investment

In January 2020 Deloitte published what will be a seminal report on the impact of mental health in the workplace and the business case for investing in dealing with these issues which have a significant effect on productivity. Indeed, they show that a comprehensive attempt to support wellbeing issues with a company policy to back it up can have up to an 11:1 return on investment.
